Anusha is a Hatha Yoga and Pranayama practitioner, mentored by various Yoga teachers in India for the past 15 yrs. She is a Member of British Wheel of Yoga, pursuing continuous studies and practice with leading experts in UK and India. Her classes will adopt Vinyasa Krama, Langhana and Brmhana for muscle strengthening, physical well being, and relaxation
